Russ Thelin

Russ Thelin has 35+ years of experience working on ensuring opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the workplace. This includes providing technical assistance and training on clinical transformative supervision, rehabilitation counseling, executive leadership, and business engagement within organizations across the country. Russ is the co-director of the National Training Center for Transformational Rehabilitation Leadership (ntctrl.org). He is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Rehabilitation Leader (CRL). Prior to ICI, Russ worked for 25 years at the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation, holding several roles within that agency including, the agency’s executive director, division director, and vocational rehabilitation counselor. Russ is both past president of the National Rehabilitation Association and member of the Board of Directors of the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
