Become a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Leader with our Transformational Rehabilitation Leader Training!

In partnership with the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and the University of Wisconsin-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute (SVRI), the ICI is proud to announce the Transformational Rehabilitation Leader Training (TRLT). The TRLT is an innovative professional education program for current and potential vocational rehabilitation (VR) agency leaders to become nationally Certified Rehabilitation Leaders (CRL).

The TRLT will prepare VR agency leaders to support VR counseling professionals and improve services that assist people with disabilities in career development and community inclusion.

The training curriculum focuses on six core leadership domains:

1. purpose-driven leadership

2. conscious leadership

3. cultural leadership

4. creative leadership

5. inspirational leadership

6. collaborative leadership
