Julisa Cully

Julisa has 20+ years of experience collaborating with state and national systems, including vocational rehabilitation, behavioral health, workforce development, public assistance, and correctional systems. Her work in direct service, program implementation, and applied research has focused on advancing employment and community participation for people with disabilities and others who face complex challenges to employment and career advancement.   Over the years, Julisa has led multi-state technical assistance efforts and supported organizations in strengthening policies, practices, and service delivery to improve outcomes for job seekers and employers. She now oversees national initiatives focused on employment, career pathways, and workforce participation, providing consultation, training, and guidance on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce capacity building, change management, cross-system collaboration, and customer-centered service delivery.
